1841 census: 'Sophiah' Williams, is recorded in Llanveynoe, in the age group 40–44.

Not present in the 1851 census for Llanveynoe, where her husband is described as a widower. The death of a Sophia Williams is recorded in the June quarter of 1849 in Hereford district (v.26 p.141), but without seeing the certificate I cannot be confident that this is the right Sophia.
