In the 1911 census her parents state that they had four live births, of whom two are still living. Since Elsie's sisters Edith and Lilian were both alive at the time of the 1911 census, Elsie must be one of the two who died. She's not listed with her family in the 1901 census, so I assume she died between 1891 and 1901.
